Mandatory Transaction Declaration
In accordance with UAE FIU regulations, all cash transactions equal to or exceeding AED 55,000 (approximately USD 15,000) are formally declared and reported through the applicable regulatory reporting framework.

HFM Gold follows the OECD 5-Step Due Diligence Framework as the foundation of its responsible sourcing approach. This framework supports the review of environmental standards, human rights compliance, and conflict financing risks throughout the supply chain.
Any hand-carried declaration submitted for review is subject to HFM Gold's standard KYC and AML screening procedures. In addition, any cash transaction equal to or exceeding AED 55,000 is reported through the goAML platform in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.
Suppliers must complete HFM Gold's onboarding process and provide all required compliance documentation, including KYC/KYB records, mining and export licenses, beneficial ownership information, and supporting shipment documents before cargo departs the country of origin.
Final settlement is based on the agreed pricing mechanism, the independently verified assay results, and the payable gold content after applicable refining, logistics, and contractual deductions have been applied.
